Christmas is an incredible season.  The lights and trees are fun.  The presents bring an added spark to the season.  But it is also a hectic season.  There are presents to buy, parties to attend, outfits to fit into, concerts to go to, food to prepare.  It is just plain busy and to make things even more challenging there is traffic EVERYWHERE.  As much as we love this season of Christmas, it can be stressful and hectic, even a bit overwhelming at times.

As we enter into this season, let’s stop and hear the message of the angels to the shepherds on that first Christmas, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. (Lk. 2:10 ESV)” The message of Christmas is not only good news, but it is also meant to bring GREAT JOY.
